How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on all orders across the contiguous United States. Most in-stock pieces ship within 3 to 5 business days, with delivery typically 5 to 10 business days after that depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer white-glove delivery?

Yes. For larger sets and lounge collections, white-glove delivery is available at checkout in most areas. Our team brings your furniture inside, places it exactly where you want it, and removes all packaging. Standard curbside delivery is always free.

Is assembly required?

Most pieces arrive fully assembled or require only minimal setup — attaching legs or joining a sofa's modular sections. Everything you need is included in the box, and each piece ships with clear step-by-step instructions. White-glove delivery includes assembly where offered.

How do I care for wood-grain aluminum?

It's refreshingly simple. Rinse with a garden hose or wipe down with mild soap and water — no sanding, oiling, or sealing, ever. Wood-grain aluminum never rots, warps, or fades, so it keeps the warm look of natural timber season after season with almost no effort.

Can I leave my furniture outside in winter?

Yes. Our pieces are engineered to live outdoors year-round through sun, rain, salt air, and frost. For extended freezing conditions we still recommend a breathable furniture cover or indoor storage for cushions and fabrics to keep them looking their best for as long as possible.

What warranty do you offer?

Every VIVINATURO frame is backed by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor use. Because wood-grain aluminum is immune to rot, warping, and pests, our pieces are built to last far beyond the warranty itself.

What is your return policy?

If a piece isn't right for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be in original condition. Start a return anytime through our contact page and our team will arrange the details.
